We are so strongly behind this commitment that we created the Striker brand by manufacturing our own forging hammer to our specifications and technical bulletins. In other words, we are an Original Equipment Manufacturer or OEM. Unlike some importers of other foreign power hammers, we do not hide behind a factory that lies on another continent. The buck always stops here.

Why is this important? Because our brand name, and reputation, are very important to us. So much so, that we went through the expense to register our brand name with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and we have been granted the registered trademark as shown above.

Recently, it has been brought to our attention that some companies, demonstrators and individuals are using the Striker trade name to describe other forging hammers being distributed within the United States. These inferior hammers are not Striker forging hammers. They are, at best, cheap hammers that are produced at a foreign domestic quality not Striker OEM quality. Please do not use our Striker brand name and registered trademark to describe a class of forging hammers. There is only one Striker forging hammer and that is made by us at Striker Tool Company (USA), Inc.
